booking?
Answer: We would like to inform you that to
hold your booking on a confirmed basis, we need an advance payment. We have
number of options to make the payment, by using any of the mode you can
confirm your booking. As soon as we get the payment we will send you the
confirmation by written mail.
Ques: How do I
meet my driver at the airport?
Answer: The driver
will meet you at the customs exit inside your arrival terminal. He will be
holding a distinctive, visible, notice board clearly displaying the booking
contact name and confirmation code.
You will then be escorted to a
conveniently parked vehicle and driven to your hotel/destination. Whilst
travelling always keep our office telephone number on hand. At times
airports can be very busy and confusing. In the event that you face any
difficulty in meeting with your driver, please call our office telephone
number.
This will ensure any such problem can be immediately
resolved. Kindly call us for any emergency or if your driver is missing and
unable to find

happens if my flight arrives late?
Answer: Normally
we keep an eye for all flight arrival times. Regardless of late arrival,
your driver will be there for pick you up.

Is there an extra charge for waiting time?
Answer:
No, there will be no extra charge for waiting.(if delayed by 2hours maximum)
Ques: How long will the driver wait for me?
Answer:
In regards to an airport meeting, your driver will make extensive inquiries
at the airport (with the customs, your airlines, airport information's
paging system) before referring back to our office where further inquiries
will be made. Only after that the driver will be authorized to leave the
airport.
Ques: How long is the journey to hotel

Answer: The
journey time from the airport (Indira Gandhi International Airport) to
central-west New Delhi takes between 30-60 minutes depending on the time of
day and traffic conditions.
Ques: I have paid
for my accommodation but did not get confirmation?
Answer:
It is advisable that once you made the reservation, you write to us that you
have made the reservation but did not receive the confirmation, we will
check it and send you the reply.
Ques: Must all
bookings be made in advance?
Answer: It is advisable
that bookings are made at least 24 hours before your journey. Although often
(subject to availability) last minute bookings can be accommodated.
Ques:
Why should I give you my credit card no.
Answer: We
need your credit card details to hold your room on a confirmed basis.we do
not charge this card, but keep the details until you arrive in hotel and
will charge the payment upon arrival.in case of no show on day of arrival ;
we do charge one night charges from your credit card.

What is a Credit Card Authorization Form?
Answer:
This is a mode of payment. We ask our guest to fill it up and send it back
to us along with your passport copies and front side of the credit card. If
you do not feel comfortable sending your details by fax, then request you to
please send it to us through email.
