Policies:
Arrival & Departure Policy
» Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night. Later check outs are available on request and subject to availability and reserves the right with the hotel management.
» Pick up is free from international airport terminal 2 only (T&C apply)

Guarantee Policy
All booking must be guaranteed at time of reservation by credit card,travel agency.

Cancellation Policy
» FIT room reservation must be cancelled 10 days prior to the planned arrival.and group reservation must be cancelled 15 days prior to the planned arrival.
» One night stay will be levied for cancellation received up to 2 days(48 hours) prior to arrival.
» Full stay will be levied for cancellation received within 24 hours prior to arrival.

Child Policy
One child under 12 years of age can stay in the parents room without being charged.(meals are chargeable)for single parents travelling with up to 2 children under the age of 12, single occupancy will be charged. if any of the child is above 12 will be charged double occupancy tariff.

All credit cards are accepted at front desk of our hotel. Like American express,Visa ,master,JCB,diners etc.
